By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Azrian Guard software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our End User License Agreement (EULA).
Azrian Guard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on a single computer system (or specified number of systems per your tier) exclusively for your internal personal or business use.
Your license key is strictly bound to the hardware signature of the device it is first activated on. Attempting to bypass device binding, share license keys, or distribute the software to unauthorized third parties will result in immediate termination of your license without a refund.
While Azrian Guard utilizes advanced AI models to detect human motion and anomalies, no software is infallible. Azrian Guard is provided "as is" without warranty of absolute accuracy. We guarantee software stability for annual licenses, but we do not guarantee that the software will detect every incident or prevent loss, theft, or damage. You agree that Azrian Guard is not liable for any damages, theft, or losses that occur on monitored premises.
You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time to stop future billing. Due to the digital and downloadable nature of the software, the initial Base Software License fee and first cycle payments are generally non-refundable once the license key has been activated on a device.
For Australian customers, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international software licensing laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts in the region of the company's incorporation.
